Diagnosis
Antennal scrobes join below frontal suture; costal cell with a row of setae (5) on ventral surface; eyes large, DE/DO = 4.1; scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation; first gastral tergite smooth and shiny. Similar to epiurus but with smaller eyes, fewer setae in costal cell, and a longer petiole.
